1. What Amcolink is

Amcolink is an online directory where sellers publish shop pages and listings, and buyers can find and contact them. We only provide the place where buyers and sellers meet.

2. What Amcolink is not

We do not sell goods or services, take payments, hold money, arrange delivery or process orders. Any agreement, payment or handover is solely between the buyer and the seller. Prices on the site are for information only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of anything listed, or for losses from deals made between users.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from My account.

4. Rules for sellers

Only list things you are allowed to sell, and describe them honestly.
Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous or adult items, or anything that exploits people.
Do not post misleading prices, fake reviews, or someone else's photos or contact details.
Do not ask buyers to pay in advance without a genuine, verifiable arrangement.

5. Zero tolerance for scams and abuse

There is no tolerance for scams, fraud, harassment, hate, threats, sexual or violent content, or illegal items — in listings, shop pages, Wanted requests, reviews or messages. This applies to buyers and sellers. Anyone who breaks this rule can be removed and banned without notice.

Report anything unsafe with the Report button. Items reported by several people are hidden automatically until a moderator checks them.
Block any shop to stop seeing its listings.
Listings with wording often used in scams (for example “send a deposit first”) are held for review before buyers can see them.
We aim to review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms.

5b. Moderation

New shops are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may remove listings, suspend shops or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe put others at risk. The Verified badge and the trust score help you judge a seller, but they are not a guarantee.

6. Content you post

You keep ownership of your photos and text, and you give Amcolink permission to display them on the site while your shop or listing is active. You confirm you have the right to post them.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Amcolink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

8. Data credits

City and town suggestions use data from GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Country names and currencies come from the Unicode CLDR; phone codes from Google's libphonenumber.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version. Questions: [email protected].
